These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlightLane website and service (the "Service"), provided by SL2 Holdings, LLC ("SL2 Holdings", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FlightLane provides flight search, fare comparison, itinerary planning, and (where available) booking functionality. Where bookings are made, the booking contract is between the user and the operating airline; SL2 Holdings and its content partners facilitate the transaction.

Accuracy of fares and availability

Flight schedules, fares, and seat availability are provided by airlines and authorized content partners and can change at any time, including between search and booking. We work to surface accurate and current information, but final pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of booking by the airline or content partner.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute flight data in bulk;
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service;
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Account and access

Some features of the Service may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party flight data, which remains the property of its providers), is owned by SL2 Holdings and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SL2 HOLDINGS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
