• Information you provide. If you contact us or sign up for early access, we collect the email address and any message you send.
• Flight searches. When you search for a flight, we receive the route, dates, and passenger parameters you submit so we can return fare and availability results.
• Booking information. If you choose to book through the Service, we collect the passenger details and payment information required by the airline and our content partner to complete the booking.
• Technical information. Like most websites, we receive standard log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. We use this for security and to debug issues.
• Cookies. We use a minimal number of strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

• To provide flight status results and operate the Service.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• To keep the Service secure and detect abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, our hosting provider and the airline content and travel API partners that supply flight search and booking capability. If you make a booking through the Service, we share the information required to complete that booking (such as passenger names, contact details, and payment information) with the relevant airline and our content partner, subject to their own privacy practices.

Data retention

We keep contact and account information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward. Log data is typically retained for up to 90 days.

Children
